No AC at Work=No Brain at Home

October 19, 2009

It was ninety-five degrees today. You know how you feel when you slowly cook all day long in your own sweat while pretending to be comfortable and professional?

Yeah.

Completely typical–I start recovering brain cells and it’s time to go to bed. *sigh*

Some plotting done–more deciding limits on characters and stuff. I seem to work best without a solid plot line–just a starting point, an end-point to shoot for, and a really good grasp of my characters. This book I’ll have a vague theme, too. I wonder what difference that will make?

Oh, also–NaNoWriMo on Twitter asked about people blogging their novel–posting it on their blog as they write it for NaNo. I’m…so tempted. Trying to think it through, but man! I want to do it!

Like I said. If you post it as you go, I will read it. This will either screw up my NaNo time or my schoolwork time. On your own head be it. Awesomeness is a great power, and comes with great responsibility. Etc.

ooh, that is a legitimate concern. What if I refuse to post until you’ve got your homework and your wordcount done? *glomps for compliment*
