This post is mostly a test to see if my fix of Twitter Tools fixed things. Also, the wordcount graph lies. As all the others I could have chosen say, I have 10,225 words. That’s the widget I want, though, so I’m hoping it’ll straighten itself out. If not, I’ll change to one of the others [...] omg, everybody freak out–a scientist who is now in gov’t once co-wrote a textbook in which ideas were discussed! The 1,000-page course book, which was co-written with environmental activists Paul and Anne Ehrlich, discusses and in one passage seems to advocate totalitarian measures to curb population growth, which it says could cause an environmental catastrophe. One thousand [...] I categorically deny being up till nearly midnight tweaking. No further comments. (except this–yeah, it’s too busy. I’ll poke it a bit more tomorrow.) Tonight we had the brilliant idea to go shopping, so we won’t have to go tomorrow. Yeah. Friday night, nobody will be there. People (other than us) go out to eat on Friday nights. snort. Okay, it could have been worse. But I have one burning question: What on Earth makes people think it’s okay to snag pieces [...] Maybe it’s because I’m not writing. But I feel half-alive. (which is far better than half-dead, isn’t that odd?) Need to be writing. Really I do. Right now I’m just typing, getting all of Flame in the computer so I can start editing. And my brain is as dull as my fingers. *sigh* Flame is so cool, though. [...] |
